1. I reread Paris: The Collected Traveler three years after my trip there. I want to go back, walk more, and eat more.
2. I am leafing through the Manual de Urbanidad y Buenas Costumbres from Carreño, originally published in 1853. 5 years ago, I laughed out loud when reading it, now I'm using it to cross check against my behaviour. Sobering thought.
3. I bought a bicycle, but have not bought a helmet yet. I'll try to get that done today, and perhaps ride out on Sunday.
In a week I'll be on my way to Colombia, to spend the holidays with them. It's been many years already!

Variado:
1. Releí Paris: The Collected Traveler después de 3 años de haber estado ahí. Quiero regresar, caminar y comer más.

Oh! Have you read Americans in Paris: Great Short Stories of the City of Light? I recommend it; also Elaine Dundy's The Dud Avocado. It's been two years and what I miss most about Paris (besides everything) are the sounds.
Wowee!!! You got the bike. So when do you want to come over and ride up to Carrizal? We can totally do it.
