Messy Tuesdays

Esta semana me dió un ataque de laboriosidad, q me rindió hasta las 2 am de la madrugada del viernes. De repente, me vi rodeada de aparatitos que pedían encarecidos algún tipo de estuche que los protegiera de las llaves, de las monedas, de las caídas. Y eso que tejo, pero quería algo inmediato (y un estuche en estambre acrilico... como que ayuda a rayarlo, digo yo, no?

This week I had a sudden strike of creativity and craftiness, which lasted almost until 2 am on friday. I looked around and saw so many gadgets claiming for their own soft sleeve, that would protect them from odd keys, coins, falls. I knit, but I was looking for something immediate (and a sleeve made from acrylic struck me as something scratchy, at least with MY poor acrylic stash)

Me di a la tarea de coser unos coquetos bolsitos, con algunas telas que tenía guardadas. Aún no tengo fotos donde se aprecie el fruto de mi labor, pero sí tengo fotos del cubil felino, el cuartel de la justicia, la central de operaciones. Y gracias a la inspiración de otras tejedoras, me uniré al grupo de Messy Tuesdays (Martes desastrosos)

I sewed up some cute bags, with stash fabric. I don't have pics that capture the cases in their full glory, but I do have a pic of the center of operations. I have to thank other knitters for the idea of Messy Tuesdays, but I have prime examples of it :D
